the police has taken the prisoner into custody.
as the prisoner pleads guilty to all the offences,
he is left off the death hook,
but instead he is sentenced to life imprisonment.
the only thing difference is,
he can choose whether he wants to serve life imprisonment in this prison, or he can appealed to another prison with better environment.
